Delicious Empanada And Sopapilla~

Another old picture. My step dad made these for a party we went to a while back and Oh... My God. They were delicious! And all homemade. The empanada was made with a beef sirloin that had been slow cooking with carrots and some other stuff (I'll have to ask him xD), it has cheese in it and the whole thing just melts in your mouth. It's SO good. The sopapilla was made from the left over dough he had for the empanadas. We put honey and cinnamon on it and it was delicious too. OuO
